Episode 63: Identifying My Littles (Pia)

Join Samuel, Julie, and Sarah as they discuss what it feels like to be in a wounded child, adapted adolescent or a functional adult state.  You might remember our episode on the Window of Tolerance, which comes into play here.  When we are outside of our window, we tend to act like a wounded child or an adapted adolescent.   We go over a couple of different feelings that are associated with each ego state.
