Episode 72: Unconscious Dynamics
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
Join Samuel, Julie, and Sarah as they dive into the fascinating topic of the unconscious. Julie discusses how what we are conscious of is a small amount of what is going on in the mind (the number will surprise you). We dive into a new part of the brain (the thalmus) and discuss its relation with the amygdala. How does this unconscious play a role in our thought processes? How are we allowing the unconscious to open up to us in the moment? What does my unconscious need?
Learn all that and more!
